Terms and Conditions

• Offer commences from 1st January 2025.
• Deal registration required as per the above nomination form.
• Available for net-new Azure business only, with a minimum deal value per month in Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR) of €250.
• Customer deployment must be an Azure Plan Subscription transacted through MicroWarehouse CSP.
• The credit amount will be automatically calculated by MicroWarehouse based on the average monthly Azure Consumed Revenue over a 6 month period (first full 6 months average month spend).
• Cashback will be in the form of a Credit Note and issued after a period of 6 months has elapsed from the Azure subscription deployment date.
• The deployment must commence within 30 days of deal registration.
• Business must remain with MicroWarehouse CSP.
• Azure JumpStart is stackable with Microsoft programmatic fundings programs such as Azure Credit Offer (ACO), Azure Accelerate etc.
• The reseller will be Invoiced by MicroWarehouse as per normal CSP trading terms.
• All deal registrations are subject to approval by MicroWarehouse
• Subject to availability, fair usage policy applies.
