AI Partner Frontier Challenge: be your Own Customer Zero
We exist to help MSPs become Frontier firms—embedding AI into everything they do.
Through Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI Foundry, we challenge partners to first become their own Customer Zero, then turn those real world learnings into scalable solution offers that enrich employee experiences, reinvent customer engagement, reshape business processes, and bend the curve on innovation.
The MSP AI Frontier Partner Programme is designed to help forward thinking MSPs become true Frontier firms—businesses that embed AI into everything they do. By adopting Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI Foundry internally, partners gain first hand experience in how AI can enrich employee experience, reinvent customer engagement, reshape business processes, and bend the curve on innovation. This “Customer Zero” journey gives partners the practical insight, confidence, and evidence they need to lead by example and future proof their own operations.
By completing the challenge and turning internal learnings into a commercial AI solution offer, partners unlock a powerful platform for differentiation and growth. Those that achieve programme will attain advanced GTM support, a sponsored press pack, and the prestigious MWH AI Frontier Badge—positioning your business as trusted AI leader ready to drive transformation for your customers.

The Frontier Partner Pledge
By enrolling in the MSP AI Frontier Partner Programme, you the partner will commit to:
1. Become Customer Zero
We will deploy Copilot and/or Azure AI Foundry inside our own business and achieve measurable impact in at least two of the four transformation categories:
- Enriching Employee Experience
- Reinvent Customer Engagement
- Reshape Business Process
- Bend the Curve on Innovation
Proof to provide to MicroWarehouse (MWH): before/after baselines, usage & adoption metrics (e.g., task time reduction, CSAT/NPS shifts, pipeline velocity), workflow or policy artefacts (e.g., AI usage policy, change management plan), and short narratives from business owners describing the impact.
2. Build a Sellable AI Solution Offer
We will transform our internal learnings into a customer ready AI solution built on Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI Foundry—with a clearly defined value proposition, delivery methodology, and support model—so your clients can become Frontier firms, too. (Alignment with our go to market on Copilot + Azure AI Foundry is a core pillar of this programme.)
What to submit to MWH for validation:
- Solution Offer Pack: offer description, architecture/risk & compliance considerations, delivery plan, success metrics
- Supporting Documentation: SOW/SoR templates, runbooks, adoption & change plan, measurement framework
- GTM Assets & Launch Plan: one pager, deck, web copy, campaign brief, case study outline, 90 day campaign calendar
- Sales Plan: target segments, pipeline coverage model, enablement plan, AI workload growth forecast (units/revenue/MRR), and KPIs

Submission & Review
- When you’re ready: submit your Evidence Pack and Solution Offer Package to MWH for review and validation (Sales, Technical, and Marketing review).
- Optional: nominate a lighthouse customer for an early case study to accelerate GTM momentum.
“What Good Looks Like” — Acceptance Criteria
- Internal Impact (must meet 2 of 4 categories):
- Employee Experience: measurable productivity uplift (e.g., time to first draft, meeting prep time, doc search time)
- Customer Engagement: improved CX/CSAT, faster response/handling, higher conversion or retention
- Business Process: cycle time reduction, error rate reduction, cost to serve improvement
- Innovation: net new AI enabled product/service, new revenue stream, faster feature release cadence
- Evidence Pack: KPIs before/after, screenshots or short loom style videos of the workflow, adoption plan, comms & training materials, and the exec sponsor testimony.
- Solution Offer Readiness: clear ICP, fixed scope SKU(s), pricing model, delivery playbook, risk & compliance notes, customer value KPIs, and a reference path.
