'Reach for the Cloud' Azure Discovery workshops

Goal: Reach for the Cloud Azure Workshops are designed to target SMB customers new to Azure or with low Azure consumption.
How: Target your prospects and drive attendance by leveraging the insights provided by the Cloud Ascent Propensity Data Reports from Microsoft. Tailor your messaging using Demand Generation Assets and DMC (Digital Marketing Content) to engage your target audience and drive workshop attendance.
Target Audience: SMB customers new to Azure or with low Azure consumption.
Azure scenarios: Choose from a range of Azure SMB scenarios below, these are selected by the Reseller. You can access comprehensive decks specifically crafted for each below. Work as a conversation starter from the following Azure SMB scenarios:
- Windows Server & SQL Server migrations to Azure
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BCDR)
- Security
- Data Analytics & AI (Microsoft Fabric)
Format: Customisable 1:Few customer workshops (delivered either virtually or in-person), and drive the workshops. Chose the Azure SMB scenarios that you want to deliver.
Who delivers: Either you the Reseller or MicroWarehouse can deliver the workshop. To deliver workshops successfully, the process is streamlined for you. Start by designating an Azure Trainer internally to complete the 'Train the Trainer' sessions accessible through the self-service portal below.
Follow-up: Reseller to follow-up with your prospect with an Azure SMB Solution Assessment from Microsoft (Azure Migrate) as a Call-To-Action.
Coop Funding: Eligible workshop expenses can be claimed (up to $1,000) through Co-op after conducting a workshop to 5 or more prospects. Note: You must be enrolled in one of the appropriate Solutions Partner Designation in order to qualify for Microsoft Co-op funding.
How to deliver 'Reach for the Cloud' workshops:
- Assign an internal Azure Trainer, then complete the 'Train-The-Trainer' self-service sessions using the training decks and videos available in the 'Downloads' section below.
- Identify the Azure scenarios you intend to deliver, using the corresponding decks listed below.
- Identify and target a cohort of your customers using Cloud Ascent Propensity data, then utilise Campaign-in-a-Box (CiaB) assets and Digital Marketing Content (DMC) to drive awareness and attendance to your Azure Discovery Workshops.
- Deliver Azure Discovery workshops to 5 or more prospects and claim Microsoft Co-op funding for eligible workshop expenses
- Follow up with your customers and consider an Azure migrate Solution Assessment as a next step
